One of CENTROTEC Sustainable AG’s main objectives is to achieve profitable growth in all operating business areas. In order to achieve this, CENTROTEC pursues a international-orientated expansion strategy in addition to its positioning als an integrated systems supplier of enery-saving solutions.
Growth by acqusitions
Our expansion strategy is based not simply on organic growth, but also on an attractive acquisitions strategy. Our takeovers have been few in number, but very effective.
By only considering takeover candidates that can offer growth, stability and an existing spectrum of products and technology, we have succeeded in singling out the finest players in the field.
