On that date, FIL Limited held 4.86 % of the voting rights in CENTROTEC Sustainable AG arising from 840,938 voting rights. |
| All voting rights in CENTROTEC Sustainable AG were attributed to FIL Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Limited from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3 % or more of the voting rights in CENTROTEC Sustainable AG. |

| On May 30, 2012, Allianz Global Investors, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on CENTROTEC Sustainable AG, Brilon, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 28, 2012 and on that day amounted to 3.02% (this corresponds to 522481 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.08% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 13500 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company. |
