Brilon, November 13, 2014: CENTROTEC Sustainable AG, Brilon, confirming its announcement from the end of October, generated revenue of EUR 146.3 million and EBIT of EUR 14.7 million in the third quarter of 2014. The figures for the corresponding period of the previous year were EUR 147.1 million and EUR 15.2 million respectively. Aggregate revenue for the first three quarters of the year came to EUR 390.5 million (previous year EUR 383.0 million), with an operating result (EBIT) of EUR 20.3 million (previous year EUR 22.2 million).

Brilon, October 31, 2014: according to provisional calculations CENTROTEC Sustainable AG, Brilon, generated revenue of EUR 146.3 million and an operating result before interest and taxes (EBIT) of EUR 14.7 million in the third quarter of 2014, representing a slight drop compared with the figures for the same period of the previous year (revenue EUR 147.1 million, EBIT 15.2 million). Revenue for the first nine months of the year came to EUR 390.5 million (previous year EUR 383.0 million), and the operating result (EBIT) to EUR 20.3 million (previous year EUR 22.2 million).

Brilon, August 14, 2014: The first half of 2014 saw CENTROTEC Sustainable AG, Brilon, increase its revenue by 3.5% compared with the first half of the previous year, to EUR 244.2 million (previous year EUR 235.9 million). All three segments contributed to this growth. In the second quarter revenue growth came to 1.2%, having reached 6.1% in the first three months, thanks in part to the very mild winter. EBITDA was broadly in line with the prior-year figure (EUR 16.4 million) at EUR 16.2 million. EBIT came to EUR 5.6 million and thus showed a decrease compared with the prior-year figure of EUR 6.9 million. The depreciation as a result of the substantial increase in capacities over recent years and the non-recurring costs for the change in the group’s management posted in the first quarter had an adverse impact on the operating result.

Brilon, May 14, 2014: in the first three months of the 2014 financial year CENTROTEC Sustainable AG, Brilon, achieved a year-on-year revenue increase of 6.1 %, to EUR 119.5 million (previous year EUR 112.6 million). All three segments were able to contribute to this growth. Despite absorbing the full, non-recurring costs of EUR 1.0 million for changes in the group’s management in the first quarter, EBITDA came to EUR 7.1 million and was thus 5.5 % up on the prior-year figure of EUR 6.7 million. EBIT reached EUR 1.8 million, a decrease compared with the prior-year figure of EUR 2.0 million.

Brilon, April 3, 2014: CENTROTEC Sustainable AG announces that the incumbent Management Board Chairman of CENTROTEC Sustainable AG, Dr Gert-Jan Huisman, has resigned as member and Chairman of the Management Board with immediate effect, in agreement with the Supervisory Board. His resignation was prompted by differing views on the business policy of the company, in particular with regard to the further strategic development of the Gas Flue Systems segment. Dr Gert-Jan Huisman will continue to serve the company in an advisory capacity until May 2015.

Brilon, March 27, 2014: As already reported at the start of February, CENTROTEC Sustainable AG, Brilon, achieved revenue of EUR 525.4 million in the 2013 financial year (previous year EUR 533.8 million), with the operating result (EBIT) of EUR 35.7 million showing an improvement on the prior-year figure (EUR 35.2 million). The net result after tax (EAT) improved by 7.5 % to EUR 24.0 million (previous year EUR 22.3 million). This led to an increase in earnings per share (EPS) to EUR 1.40 (previous year EUR 1.31).

Brilon, February 3, 2014: CENTROTEC Sustainable AG, Brilon, generated revenue of EUR 525 million in the 2013 financial year (unaudited; previous year EUR 533.8 million). Based on provisional calculations, the prior-year operating result (EBIT) of EUR 35.2 million will be just exceeded, in line with the earnings forecast made one year ago.

CENTROTEC starts the 2014 financial year on a cautiously optimistic note. The signs of general economic stabilisation in many European markets that have latterly performed very weakly is one important factor, along with the fundamentally positive development of the home market Germany.

Brilon, November 12, 2013: the third quarter of 2013 saw CENTROTEC Sustainable AG, Brilon, increase its revenue by 3.8 % year on year to EUR 147.1 million (previous year EUR 141.7 million). This maintained the positive trend, following a first-quarter performance well down on 2012 due to the weather and a slightly better second quarter compared with the same period of the previous year. Revenue for the first nine months reached EUR 383.0 million, 1.4 % below the prior-year figure of EUR 388.4 million. In all segments, third-quarter revenue showed an improvement on the previous year.

Brilon, August 13, 2013: The second quarter of 2013 saw CENTROTEC Sustainable AG, Brilon, increase its revenue by 0.2 % to EUR 123.3 million (previous year EUR 123.0 million). On the other hand revenue for the complete first half of 2013 was 4.4 % down on the previous year’s record level (EUR 246.7 million) due to the exceptionally long winter, with cold weather extending into April, and also because of the continuing weak state of its principal international markets. In the weather-dependent core segments Climate Systems (-4.6 % to EUR 169.2 million / previous year EUR 177.3 million) and Gas Flue Systems (-8.0 % to EUR 45.4 million / previous year EUR 49.4 million) revenue for the first half was down, but both segments were already seeing renewed year-on-year growth especially towards the end of the second quarter. The Medical Technology & Engineering Plastics segment, where business is not exposed to weather-related fluctuations, achieved revenue growth of 6.0 % to EUR 21.3 million in the first half of 2013 (previous year EUR 20.1 million).

Brilon, July 10, 2013: the Dutch company Brink Climate Systems, a subsidiary of the SDAX-listed CENTROTEC Sustainable AG, is today laying the foundation stone of its new building in the presence of municipal representatives, other guests and the Group Management Board. By summer 2014 a cutting-edge building complex with a floor area of 14,500 m² and excellent transport links will be erected at Staphorst, in the Netherlands, not far from the present location. For optimum efficiency the new structure, which is remarkable for both its low-energy concept and its architectural design, will accommodate all corporate functions. The new arrangement offers considerable potential for optimisation compared with the previous location, which was spread among three different buildings.
